Welcome to Perla's Gig 4!

We are so excited to bring you this event, for the fourth time in aid of the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, and in memory of Perla Williams.

If you're here, it's beacuse you've followed our ticket link. We're really glad you want to join us. But first we have some information for you about the event, and we need you to acknowledge that you have read it before you can proceed to our tickets page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By purchasing ticket(s), you acknowledge that your data will be processed and used for the purposes of providing you with entry to the event, and for contacting you in relation to this purchase. This information inlcudes your name, address and email address and where provided, your phone number. We will not share this data with any person or company.

2. Your card details will processed by our partner 'Square', a subsidiary of Block, Inc. We do not have access to your card details, but we act as the agent to collect money from you to provide services including tickets. For refunds, queries and complaints, you should contact the us in the first instance via email at perlasgig@gmail.com.

3. We have partnered with Firefly, in Telford, who have provided the venue free of charge, we are really grateful as this will allow to raise even more money for Lingen Davies. The venue is provided with the following restrictions:

a) The event is ticket only, and no entry will be granted without a valid ticket or proof of purchase.

b) The venue reserves the right to refuse entry.

c) Disabled access: Unfortunatley there is no access to the venue for wheelchair users to the venue. This is because it would be a contravention of the buildings' Fire Regulations, covered in 'HM Building Regulations - Access and Design Document M, Volume 2 - Buildings Other Than Dwellings'. A copy of this document can be downloaded here. We realise that this will be disappointing, but we have a legal duty to adhere to these regulations and keep attendees safe.
